MicroSDHC (High Capacity MicroSD) is the most common "miniature" version of SD HC cards. Since it's otherwise identical to full-size SDHC (but in a smaller case), it can be used as a standard full-size high-capacity SD card with the simple adaptor (included).

Note: Please make sure that your device supports the newer MicroSDHC or SDHC standards. Devices that only support the original MicroSD and SD standards can't read newer cards above 2GB. Most cameras and devices released after 2007 (or thereabouts) are fine with them.
